This interactive workshop will help participants develop their most important communication tools – their body, face and voice – so they can engage their audience, establish credibility, and demonstrate confidence whether they’re speaking to one person or one hundred. Participants will also learn a formula for answering questions that will help them stay focused and speak clearly and concisely. And they’ll explore ways to manage awkward or uncomfortable conversations. This 4-hour workshop is divided into two 2-hour sessions (second session is Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30) and both will include time for practice and discussion.
